These tools will make your real estate search more efficient, save you time and ensure you do not miss out on a good opportunity.
If you will be financing your purchase we will get you in touch with our mortgage partners to get your loan pre-approval in place. This important step will put you in a position to make strong offers and buy wirth confidence.
4. Schedule Showings
Once you identify some homes of interest we will schedule property showings for you. We can typically see all of the homes on your list in a day and will always make good use of your time.
5. Write an Offer
Once you identify a home that is of interest we will assist you with preparing the offer. We will review the recent comparable sales to determine an offer price and strategy. We will then negotiate on your behalf to get the best deal possible with the most favorable terms.
6. Contract Phase
During the contract phase we will oversee and assist you with the mortgage process, title work, property inspections and homeowner association reviews. Our expert support team will assist us in working with you through each of these steps, ensuring you have a smooth transaction from contract to close.
We will meet you for a final walkthrough of the home prior to closing to ensure everything is as it should be. From there we will head to the Title Company to complete the final paperwork. Then it is time to celebrate your new home and live the good life at the beach!
