Seven Step Selling Process
1. Initial Consultation
We will meet or set up a call to discuss your real estate goals and determine your home or condo's value. Once these two items have been established we will create a plan going forward.
2. Prepare Property
We will help you prepare your property for the market so it shows its best and attracts Buyer's attention. This could be as simple as some basic de-cluttering all the way up to professional staging. Whatever is needed, we can help.
3. Marketing Preparation
During this phase our listing coordinators will have the professional photos shot, create the 3-D interactive tour and prepare all of the other marketing materials for your listing. This step ensures we make a solid first impression when your property hits the market.
4. Property On-Market
During this phase we will proactively look for Buyers for your property. We will respond to listing inquiries promptly and schedule property showings. We will keep you updated at all times and provide feedback from all showings.
Once an offer is received for your home we will help you analyze the price and terms. We will then formulate a negotiation strategy to move forward with that will result in you netting the best price possible with the most favorable terms.
6. Contract Phase
During this phase our expert support staff and agents will manage the mortgage process, title work, property inspections and HOA review phases. We will always respond to information requests promptly and you will be kept up to date at all times.
We will arrange for a closing time and location that is convenient for you. Prior to closing we will review the final settlement statement with you, assist with utility transfers and address any last minute details.
